Luigi Francese

Crayton Road Development, based in Naples, Florida, owes the distinctive quality of its homes to an experienced team with roots in New York City. The founder, Luigi Francese, was inspired by architecture, art, and design. This means Crayton Road Development is a developer whose homes are based on both revolutionary design concepts and distinctive artistry. The result: spectacular luxury homes whose design, construction and material established them as livable works of art.

Mr. Francese began his career as a real estate investor in NYC in 1993 and then evolved into a development and construction partnership of luxury condos in 1996. His first project, along with his partners, was a 17 story condo conversion, the tallest new development at the time, in the heart of Tribeca. This accomplishment was covered in several New York and industry media outlets, including the New York Times. He continued to developer other buildings in Tribeca and the West Village through the end. of 2000. From that point, he continued to build other condominiums through 2012. By the time he began developments in Naples, he had completed 10 luxury condo projects and 2 luxury homes.

Mr. Francese also founded Luiman Real Estate that specialized in sales and white glove property management services for luxury condos and town homes in Manhattan. Luiman Real Esate’s sales have varied from $800K to over $20 million per sale. Luiman Real Estate also provided management services for a specific set of buyers.
